In need of a new winter coat...

The only downside of having an adorable puppy, is that it at times it sheds. Consequently, when I came home from school with my lovely black peacoat it got covered with little pieces of hair that now seem to not want to come off. Although taking it to the dry cleaning is an easy fix, I enjoy online eye-shopping, so of coarse I looked for a new coat that would be perfect replacements :)

Someone must have wished...

... for a lot of snow this Christmas, although it seems it came one day too late. Holy smokes this is a lot of snow (31.8 inches)! Took a walk in it this morning with Fritz and could not believe it! Good day to stay in watch movies and drink some hot cocoa, that's for sure!

It feels so good to be back :)

There is nothing more that I enjoy that to be back at home and with the people I love the most. Spending time with my family and friends is just what I needed after the semester I had. With Christmas celebrations only two days away (I can't believe it), I am anxiously waiting to see all my extended family and catching up on the latest news with everyone!

With not even a day since I was home, we rushed to take Christmas pictures. CVS has the wonderful option of having your holiday cards ready within an hour and with me being away at school this was perfect! Fritz has been the perfect addition to our family, so well behaved and such a sweetheart. I couldn't imagine having him ever leave! Time to finish wrapping and figuring out what the heck I'm going to wear for Christmas dinner!

Let the anxiety and stress begins. Nothing makes the holiday more worthwhile than having one HELL of a week the week before. Need a study break and something calm to listen to? This has been beautifully ringing in my ear since I got in the library.

Dear God, just get me to Friday without having my head explode, please!

hypophrenia...

...a vague feeling of sadness seemingly without cause. I feel as the more stressed out I am the sadder I am. With this being the last week of classes and the change of weather, I feel as if I'm so much more emotional then I really have to be; tension definitely has heighten the emotions, which is so unlike me :( Wah, someone just tell me how to get to December 17 without blowing up with stress!

With every Christmas season that I have been at school the idea of an ugly sweater party always seems to rise. Simply a great idea, I think! The pictures make out to be some great laughs.

Last year my freshman roommate and I had gotten matching ugly sweaters that were red with bells and read, "Grandkids leave footprints on our hearts." Classic and hilarious!
