I'm sorry for being such a terrible blogger lately, I have recently changed over to a different camp and it has been exhausting every ounce of creativity and energy that I have inside of me. Nothing too exciting has been going on in my life. My family had been in San Diego the past week, leaving me home alone to work. Nothing to exciting happened, but there was one quite eventful day...

My mom had been nagging me day after day to water the flowers so of coarse I feel obligated to do use my wonderful water-flowering skills to make sure that the flowers looked loved for when they came home. Well on my way out to water the flower boxes on the garage, I slammed the door behind me a little too hard, locking me out of my own house. Having to be at work in 5 minutes I completely panicked, but my Granddad came to save the day. As if that was not enough, later that day my car decided to lock itself while I had stepped out of the car for 5 minutes, while the car was running and the keys were in the ignition. Needless to say, it was quite the long day.

I'll try and update more often-- sorry again.

"Without pain, there would be no suffering, without suffering we would never learn from our mistakes. To make it right, pain and suffering is the key to all windows, without it, there is no way of life." -Angelina Jolie

Such a great quote!

This show gives me the chills. I first heard it from a friend and didn't think much of it, but I've been catching up with it online and I seriously think that the story line is terrifying! There were times when I had to turn the sound off because I was too scared to hear what was about to happen. I mean I am definitely someone who can get scared quite easily. I keep thinking that I know what is going on with and try and predict what is going to happen next, but every episode shatters down what I had predicted.

I can't really say I listen to much funky music, but the beat of this song definitely gets my head bumping.

My summer obsession...

Every time I take a trip to the beach I can't help myself but go crazy over the beach cruisers. I find myself making it over the bike rental shops a lot when I go to the beach just so that I can get the pleasure of riding one for the day. I like the retro/classy look that they portray! I would buy pink one for myself in a heartbeat, but I think it would be a little silly to have a beach cruiser when the nearest beach is about 45 minutes away from my house. For now I guess I'll just have to stare and dream :(

My life is hiding from me...

...and if I had the time to look for it, I think I could be a little happier. July has creeped up on me and I hate it! My life has been taken over with camp songs and screaming children and as much as I want to say that I hate every second of it, I would be lying because I love my children! There are things that children do that just get to me; they say the most ridiculous things and do the most outrageous things. If you are ever looking for an honest opinion or just something silly to smile about, a child will be right there to tell you in a heartbeat for sure. But anyways...

How about them summer sales? If you haven't checked them out, I highly recommend it. I went to the mall two nights ago and was quite satisfied with the great bargains that I had walked out. I made my first trip this year to DSW (it had been way too long!) and that was where my favorite purchase was made for sure. It is so difficult for me to go shopping due to the wide elephants that I have to unfortunately call feet of mine, so when I find a pair that I like I get very excited!

These Steve Madden tulips sandals are just so great and made me very happy!

I have to run and meet up with my friend who is finally home from D.C. who I haven't seen in ages! Hope everyone has a great 4th of July!
